No liability claims can be made against Albrecht Gäbel for project delays due to non-approval, delayed material deliveries, or proofreading runs. Should the project not be realized due to factors caused by the client, or if feedback within the agreed deadlines is absent, the full contract amount will still be invoiced to the client. Absent project approvals are considered automatically granted 14 days after their absence.

Transfer and Warranty for the Website:
After the acceptance and transfer of the website, the contractor assumes no guarantee or liability for the functionality of the website after the go-live. Security measures are implemented, but the contractor is not responsible for security gaps or failures if the client does not perform regular updates. Any errors or failures that occur after the transfer can be fixed at an additional cost. This contract includes regular updates, security checks, backups, and bug fixes every quarter to ensure the long-term functionality and safety of the website. Compatibility with Third-Party Providers: The contractor assumes no liability for issues arising from third-party plugins, APIs, or other external services. The integration of such services is done in good faith, but errors caused by these services are not attributed to the contractor.

The execution of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEA (Search Engine Advertising) services is without warranty for specific results regarding search engine rankings.
